If we get over 50% of PA's population living in communities banning plastic bags our prize of a statewide ban is achievable. We are at 20%. Our immediate goal is to get 30% (or 3.84MM more people) living with bans

According to last census Pennsylvania's population is 12,821,141. 15% of the population live in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh with a whole lot of rural and suburban dwellers between. There are 2,560 municipalities in our state.
